Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation of Hotel Bookings or Tours (For Flight booking
Its differ from one Airline to Another) due to any reasons – Its Clients responsibility
to notify us in writing (By Post , Emai or Fax). Cancellation charges will be effective
from the time/date we receive your intimation in writing. Cancellation charges would
be as follows: -
45 days prior to arrival – 1 Night + Service charge.
15 days prior
to arrival – 2 Nights + Service charge.
07 days prior to arrival – 2 Nights + Service charge.
48 hours prior to arrival – Non Refundable.
In case of Peak season hotel
bookings, a separate cancellation policy is applicable which we shall advise you
as and when Applicable. For refunds give us at least 30 Days time.
